Graphics peeling/faded, awning is damaged, front ladder is bent, and the front steps are missing/bent bracket. Upper left siding has been patched. See pictures for cosmetic condition. Missing skylight cover. The roof has been sprayed with a type of sealant to try to recover the roof.
Interior: Trim around cabinets and walls is damaged. Ceiling is stained in bathroom. A/C vents are damaged.
Mechanical: The keys are missing and the battery needs to be replaced. |
