Description: 2017 Heartland Gateway 3700PTB equipped with a 15,500 GVWR, king pin coupler, fiberglass exterior, 4 slideouts, primary bedroom, bunk, 2 full bathrooms, kitchenette, audio and video systems.

Tire Condition: Worn / 50% tread.

Exterior: Corrosion on frame and rear bumper. Tape residue on outside kitchen and latches broken. Glass in door missing. Scratches, graphics are faded. Trim molding is weathered. See photos for details.

Interior: Water damage to left main slide out trim and trim under TV. Living room and kitchen furniture are worn. Stains in carpet. Scratches throughout interior trim and kitchen/bathroom areas. Mildew odor. See photos.

Mechanical: NO KEYS. Front left jack is damaged/does not operate. Support brackets are loose and the jack will not lock in place causing the jack to come up inside the front compartment. Battery needs to be charged/replaced.
