Tire Condition: Good / 50% tread.
Exterior: Awning and battery cover are missing. Rear roof skylight is covered with wood. Entry steps are bent, hole in the rear door, and tape around the left window. Rubber molding hanging from the roof on the rear left side. Slideout is hanging and will not extend/retract.
Interior: Missing all furniture, bedroom mattress, and bathtub. Floor is rotted out to slideout with a hole along the slideout flooring (can see through flooring). Stained/damaged. Pet odor. Previously infested with roaches, we have bombed it but there are still a few remaining. View photos for condition/damages.
Mechanical: No keys. Battery needs to be replaced. |
