Tire Condition: Good / 50% tread.

Interior: Was being remodeled, walls and cabinets are painted by hand. Bathroom floor is weathered. Missing part of the wall paneling and the water pipes are exposed. Kitchen cabinets are bent and dragging on the floor when slide extends.

Mechanical: The motor only operates outward, must pull slide in manually. The battery needs a replacement.
