Exterior: Scratches. Corrosion on tongue. Caulk is peeling around corners and over fenders. Corners of slideout are weathered. See photos for details.

Interior: Walls above primary bed are stained. Slideout trim is damaged/missing in areas. Sink is stained and falling through countertop. Mattresses and tub are stained. Treated for roach infestation, still traces in unit.
