Tire Condition: Good / 50% tread.
Exterior: Molding around trim is weathered, steps are difficult to open/close, and the awning is damaged on the right side. Damage to the step handle, door, and middle slideout lower left corner. See pictures for details.
Interior: Cabinets, doors, and walls scratched in areas. Living area couch is peeling. Missing furniture in the kitchen. Master bedroom cabinet is damaged/loose/pushed back. Light stains in the carpet.
Mechanical: No keys. Battery needs to be replaced. Living area slideouts do not extend. The control board for landing gear operates but does not light up (can't see what control you are pressing).
