Tire Condition: Good / 50% tread
Exterior: Corrosion on tongue. Jack cap and battery cover are missing. Trim molding is hanging on right front corner. Right side slide out awning does not close completely and the skirting is hanging and bent. Various wires are also hanging from under the right side slide out. Various scratches and scuffs around exterior. Kitchen slide out walls are soft. Water heater cover is missing. Roof is soft in some spots. View pictures for details.
Interior: Bathroom door has multiple holes around it. The bedroom door is damaged and off hinges. Multiple cabinets, doors, and walls are worn and damaged. Seats are missing in dining area. Master mattress is stained.
Mechanical: Battery needs a replacement. Front jack does not operate and the slide out control board does not retract the front slide outs on the left and right sides. Main right and left slide outs are very sluggish when extending.
