Description: 2013 Keystone Outback Super-Lite 312BH equipped with a 9,000 GVWR, 2-5/16" coupler, fiberglass exterior, two slideouts, master bedroom, bunks, full bathroom, and a kitchenette.

Tire Condition: Cracked / 50% tread.

Exterior: Leveling jack is bent, paint is peeling, and the subfloor in front of the living area slideout is soft/water damaged.

Interior: Water damage in wet areas, behind the couch, and on the living area wall lamp. Countertops are separating. The antenna is stuck in the up position due to a broken crank. Mold growing on the carpet (possible window leak behind couch).

Mechanical: No keys. Battery needs to be replaced. Missing propane tanks and trailer electrical connector.
