Tire Condition: Good / 50% tread.

Exterior: Corrosion forming on tongue. Awning missing. Front door molding is loose, difficult to close. Scratches and scuffs. Ladder is damaged. Rear slide-out molding appears damaged. Roof is soft in areas and has caulk around edges See photos for details.

Interior: Cabinets are dirty. Damage to doors and walls in areas. Some stains on flooring throughout. Seats are peeling and have claw marks. Pet odor. Stain on primary bedroom mattress.

Mechanical: NO KEYS. Battery needs to be replaced.
