Exterior: Front passenger seam is split. Clear coat peeling on front driver side. Lightly sun faded. See photos for details.

Interior: Maine slideout has water damage to bottom of walls and some of the wall has been removed. Scrapes on floor.

Mechanical: Wires hang on driver side tires. Battery needs to be replaced.
