Interior: Seats broken off their mounts.

Mechanical: No keys. Does not start. Battery needs to be replaced. Boat was submerged Electrical connections and control cables are corroded/pinched. Able to get power to the accessories, but the motor is locked and doesn't turn over. Direct jump to the starter has no effect.
