Tire Condition: Good / 75% tread.

Exterior: Minor scuffs. Screw in back wall. Dent in right skirting. Missing tongue jack foot. View pictures for details.

Interior: Trim above dinette detached. Normal stains in carpet. Some damage to woodwork. Bedroom mattress missing.

Mechanical: Front slide-out needs cables tightened, bottom does not extent completely. Missing propane tanks. Battery needs to be replaced.
