Tire Condition: Good / 50% tread.
Exterior: Roof is soft in areas. Walls are soft on front/rear and all four corners. Roof appears to be sagging on the front side of unit. Paint is faded with graphics peeling. Awning is missing. See pictures for cosmetic condition.
Interior: Ceiling is sagging in the living area and bathroom. All skylights/vents are actively leaking. Two of the skylight covers are missing/taped over. Floor is soft on both sides of the bed and appears to be leaking from the window seal. Floor is completely rotted through in the bathroom and cannot hold any weight. Missing legs to dining table.
Mechanical: No keys. Battery needs to be replaced. Front jack is missing and the slideout does not operate. |
