Exterior: Color red is faded. Scratches on the front. Scratching/mark on left front side. Rust throughout metal on unit. Peeling sticker on back. Informational Stickers on outside are worn/torn/missing. View pictures for details.

Interior: Water damage above master bed/wall and down to floor. Leather on couch worn/cracking. Front of couch broken. Bathroom door frame damaged on the bottom.
