Description: 2017 Heartland Sundance 3700RLB equipped with 15,500 GVWR, king-pin coupler, five slide outs, master bedroom, two full bathrooms, and a kitchenette.

Tire Condition: Good / 50% tread

Exterior: Moderate corrosion on the frame and rear bumper. Latches broken to outdoor kitchen. Glass missing to door. Graphics are faded. Tape residue on outside kitchen. Trim molding is weathered around exterior. View pictures for details.

Interior: Left main slide out trim and trim under tv is water damaged. Living room and kitchen furniture are worn. Carpets are stained throughout. Various scratches throughout interior trim and kitchen and bathroom areas.

Mechanical: Left front jack is damaged and does not operate. The support brackets are loose and the jack will not lock in place causing the jack to come up inside the front compartment. The battery needs a replacement and there's no keys.
