Interior: The upholstery is worn/faded/cracked.
Mechanical: No key, picked ignition to verify start. Engine will start/run only while cranking the starter. Once starter is disengaged engine quits. Possible electrical issues. Only able to drain block and manifolds for winterization. No antifreeze ran through engine. Battery needs to be replaced.
