Interior: Floor has a few soft spots in living area. Ceiling is bubbling and soft near entryway. All seats are peeling in living area. Carpet is stained. Bathroom doors are scratched.
Mechanical: The keys are missing, battery wires have been cut, and the battery needs a replacement.
