Exterior: Roof is soft in areas. Faded paint/decals, delamination in the rear, awning is scratched, and the trim is loose on the front right corner. Top door hinge is damaged causing the door to not close properly. See pictures for details.
Interior: Master mattress is torn, scratches/scuffs in the woodwork, missing trim on the slideout, and the bedroom barn door bracket has been torn from the ceiling. Living area upholstery is peeling and there are light stains in the carpets. Interior nicotine odor/stains.
Mechanical: No keys. Battery needs to be replaced.
