Description: 2015 Crossroads Zinger 310-SB equipped with two slide outs, spare tire, master bedroom, bunks, full bathroom, and a kitchenette.

Tire Condition: Good / 50% tread.

Exterior: The roof is rotted through on the left side and the skylight covers are cracked. Corrosion forming on tongue. Dents and dings on front side and in some spots throughout. Fenders are cracked and damaged. Scratches running down the skirting on both sides of RV. View pictures for details.

Interior: Cabinets, doors, and walls are scratched/scuffed. Nicotine odor. Table is missing in living area. Slide out floor is soft in the left corner. Unit was infested with small spiders. We sprayed but they are still present.

Mechanical: The keys are missing and the battery needs a replacement.
