Description: 2019 Heartland Mallard Ultra Lite M32 equipped with two slideouts, master bedroom, bunks, full bathroom, and a kitchenette.

Tire Condition: Good / 50% tread.

Exterior: Roof is caulked over the kitchen skylight and taped over caulk on the front side. Caulk around trim pieces and roof liner. Fenders, paint, and graphics are faded in areas. Mold forming in the front compartment and the siding appears soft. See pictures for cosmetic blemishes.

Interior: Flooring is soft on the right side of the bed. Cabinets worn in areas.

Mechanical: No keys. Battery needs to be replaced. Unable to get power to slideouts or electronics inside of the unit.
