Exterior: Awning is torn. A couple small areas of hail dings. Side panels of slide-out are delaminating and rubber seal is torn. Outside corners of slide-out floor are rotting through. Despite listed issues, this is a decent used travel trailer.

Interior: Mattress is missing. Corners of slide-out are soft. Tear in floor by kitchen.
