Exterior: Awning is torn. Wheel lip clear coat is peeling. Roof has a couple small holes and is soft in areas. Hole in lower front of unit. Normal scratches and dings. See pictures for details.

Interior: Ceiling above bed and around A/C unit are water stained.

Mechanical: No keys. Missing propane tanks. Front jack stands do not move (can hear gears grinding).
