Exterior: The frame is rusted. Scratches and dings underneath. The roof is moderately dented. View pictures for details.

Mechanical: Right side of slide out doesn't move on it own and the left side is catching on the cabinet. Leveling jacks do not work and are leaking fluid out the cylinders. RV is stuck in the down position.
