Exterior: Front entry steps are missing. Compartment door assembly has been entirely removed from the left rear corner. scrapes/scratching down the rear left corner. Left front tire is flat. Both axles appear to be slightly bent. See photos.

Interior: Missing furniture, appliances, light fixtures, and various other items. Holes/gouges in areas of cabinets, doors, and walls. Carpet is heavily stained. See photos.

Other: Rear slide out does not operate. No keys. Batteries not included.
