Tire Condition: Good / 50% tread.
Exterior: Small holes in the rear vent, the access ladder is broken, and the membrane is unglued in various locations on the roof. The entry door handle is damaged and cracks in the taillight housing. Decals peeling, stains, oxidation, scuffs, and dings in various locations around the body.
Interior: The ceiling is soft above the dinette. Water damage on the lower bunk floor and nearby floor area from a leaky lower bunk window. Lower trim near the bedroom door is also water damaged. Stains in the carpets. Scratches/wear in furniture and cabinetry. See pictures for details.
Mechanical: The leveling jacks do not operate (panel does not function). Unable to extend the main hydraulic slideout due to the landing gear not being down. The radio does not work and the batteries need to be replaced.
