Tire Condition: Good / 25% tread.
Exterior: Door does not latch all the way. Underneath of cap is warped. Gooseneck frame is bent in. Window on right side of trailer is broken. Wires coming from underneath slide on right side. Window on left back side is slightly missing trim. Door hinges and gooseneck have some rust. View pictures for details.
Interior: Coloring markings in small bedroom on wall. Table is worn/chairs are cracked. Couch is slightly torn in the middle. Roof in kitchen area has fading. Yellowish molding in corner of kitchen on countertop. Missing paint underneath kitchen sink. Blinds in hall are stained. Glass above master bedroom cabinet is broke. Chips to the trim next to dining tables and trim in the kitchen. Screen door, door knob for master bedroom, and bedroom covers are missing.
Mechanical: Lights flicker in small bedroom when on. Slide in master bedroom does not open.
