Tire Condition: Worn / 25% tread.
Exterior: Roof caulking is cracked. Underbelly hanging down by hitch. Rear cap caulking is separating, delamination in the rear, fender trim is missing, and a hole in fiberglass on right side/front cap. Compartment door secured shut with tape. View pictures for details.
Interior: Interior odor. Damage to blinds and woodwork. The slideout trim, panels in the living room, and wall paneling in the bedroom are missing. Water damage in areas.
Mechanical: Bedroom slideout is stuck partially out and not operational (crooked in socket). No keys and the battery needs a replacement.
