Exterior: Corrosion forming on tongue, jacks and frame. Some paint and graphics are peeling/faded. Skirting is scratched. Skirting missing from left front slide-out. Glass has been caulked over in areas. Dent on left rear corner. Right fender is cracked. Wear to kitchenette. Roof soft in areas. See photos for details.

Interior: Cabinets, doors, walls and ceiling are scratched/scuffed in areas. Missing living area furniture and microwave. Floor and shower are is stained.

Mechanical: Left rear slide-out doesn't retract completely. Battery missing.
