Exterior: Patch on rear wall passenger side seam is split. Roof vent is broken. Had tire blowouts on both sides. Small holes in the underlayment. The awning and drivers wheel lip are missing. View pictures for details.
Interior: Water damage in the front left corner. Floor is uneven and soft in spots. Bad vinyl job. Fridge, shower, and microwave have been removed. Missing plywood supports under dinette cushions. Moderate wear throughout.
Mechanical: Missing propane tanks, keys, and battery. Shore power plug is broken. We were told it has electrical issues. Tailights are broken.
