Interior: Scuffs and scratches. Repainted woodwork and cabinetry. Ceiling cracked by skylight. Missing panel by entry door. Water damage on ceiling. All bed pop-out canvas not secured.
Mechanical: No keys. Missing pop-out rod for front pop-out. Battery needs to be replaced.
