Tire Condition: Good / 50% tread.
Exterior: The roof is soft in areas, paint/graphics are peeling, and delaminated in areas. Entry steps do not open and the trim is damaged on the rear right corner. Corrosion forming on the tongue, jacks, and rear bumper.
Interior: Walls have been repainted, upholstery is peeling, and the ceiling panels are sagging over the bunk room. Missing both mattresses and furniture in the living area. Scratches/scuffs to woodwork. Damage to doors/door knobs. Closet door is off-track and missing a few ceiling light covers. See pictures for cosmetic condition.
Mechanical: No keys. Battery needs to be replaced. Loud squeaking noise when the slideout is extending/retracting.
