Cabinet in the kitchen is hanging. Bedroom has screw holes in the wall and incomplete wallpaper. Unit has been repainted in areas. See pictures for cosmetic blemishes.
Mechanical: Wiring on the passenger rear side's leveling jack has been tampered with. No keys. The battery needs a replacement.
