Exterior: Wood underneath the rear bed is soft/water-damaged and rotted. The bars are bent where it slides along the track. Stains/mold on the canvas'. The exterior appears to have been recaulked. Water heater cover is missing. See pictures for details.

Interior: Wear from use.

Mechanical: No keys. Battery needs to be replaced.
