Description: 1996 Ranger 690VS equipped with a 175HP Mariner Magnum EFI outboard, (2009) 9.9HP 4-stroke Mercury kicker motor, and includes a 1996 Ranger trailer.

Exterior: Weathered/faded. Scratches/scuffs (see photos).

Interior: Upholstery and carpet are weathered. Some rips in seat. Carpet is wrinkled in areas.

Mechanical: Main outboard won't start will only turn over when jumped from starter directly (wiring issue). Kicker motor appears seized/will not crank over. Numerous electrical wiring has been cut. No battery included.
