Tire Condition: Weathered/Cracked - 75% Tread
Exterior: The entry door awning is damaged. Entry steps won't move back in. Scrapes along both sides of exterior as well as both rear corners. The small gap in the roof seam just above the large right side slide-out (see photos), appears to have leaked water in to the slide-out and rotted a section of the slide-out floor (area closest to the entry door).
Interior: Screen for screen door torn. Emergency window on front left side missing handle to close window. Right side floor around slide-out is soft.
Mechanical: Starts/runs/drives. Unable to test generator operation; diesel fuel level must be over 1/4 tank to start generator. It does turn over however.
