Exterior: Damage to left side and roof. Fiberglass cracked/torn. Top left side dented. Slide-outs scratched/cracked. Right fender broken/damaged. Right underbelly floor torn/deteriorating. Missing fridge and water heater cover panel. Rear delaminated. Stairs bent. Rear door handle broken. Front door has a hole and lock cylinder damaged/missing.

Interior: Mildew/mold smell. Rear bunk room and front bedroom walls are soft. Bedroom left wall damaged and left side of closet is caved in. Floor rotting around toilet.

Mechanical: Battery needs to be replaced. Tongue jack doesn't work. Propane tanks missing.
