Description: 2019 Bayliner Element e16 equipped with a 75-HP 4-stroke Mercury outboard, wakeboard tower, and includes a 2019 Karavan trailer.

Exterior: Numerous scratches to hull (see photos).

Interior: Stains in seating upholstery.

Mechanical: Engine receives power but the starter won't crank over. The engine will however turn over by hand. It seems to be related to an electrical issue. The horn blows when the engine trim is activated. No battery included.
