Ceiling is patched above the entryway, sagging above the living area, and water damaged in the bedroom. Bedroom slideout trim is stained and there are holes in the walls. Cabinets above the dash are partially detached/removed. Flooring in the rear bathroom is torn, sink cover is plywood, and stains on the carpet.
Mechanical: Entrydoor steps do not operate.
