Exterior: The roof is soft in areas. Tears in the awning and spare tire cover. Damage to the exterior kitchen, rear left trim, and water heater cover. Corrosion, scuffs, and dents in areas.

Interior: Damage to the dining area, couch upholstery, and bunk frames. Stains in the flooring, table is taped, the kitchen countertop is bubbling, ceiling wallpaper is tearing, wires hanging in the tv area, and the kitchen sink is missing a handle. See pictures for details.

Mechanical: No keys. Battery needs to be replaced.
