Exterior: Missing the foot and fin off the engine. Dents, scuffs, and scratches in the hull. See pictures for details.

Interior: Missing the ignition switch, shifter, and fuse box cover. Screw holes in the floor where the trolling motor used to be. Normal wear from use.

Mechanical: Does not start. No keys. Battery needs to be replaced.
