Exterior: The roof is soft in areas. Awning is torn, compartment doors do not close, slideout flooring is loose, and damaged trim on the front left. Scuffs and dings from use.

Interior: Trim around the door is damaged. Ceiling trim is loose. Cabients, doors, and walls are scuffed/scratched in areas. Missing table legs.

Mechanical: No keys. Battery needs to be replaced. The cutoff switch key is missing (hooked jump box to battery/cut off switch to get slideout to operate).
