Interior: Kitchen sink fixture is partially disassembled. Outdoor shower wand is missing. Scratches/wear in cabinetry and wood trims in areas from use.
Mechanical: Battery needs to be replaced. The unit was winterized prior to arrival by the compressed air method (due to disassembled fixtures).
