Exterior: Hole in the storage compartment. Paint chips/stains on the right. Rust forming on the right lower black plastic. Normal wear from use as shown.
Interior: The bedroom cabinet/cabinet mirror and the dining area bench cushions are missing. Exposed wiring near the bed, a zip-tie holds together the emergency exit window, and the living area couch is torn with exposed material. Kitchen drawer is removed/damaged, flooring in front of the fridge is torn up, and there is a broken power outlet in the dining area. Sticky residue, holes, and scuffs on walls/cabinetry. See pictures for details.
Mechanical: Battery needs to be replaced.
