Interior: Water damaged ceiling corners in shower area. Heavy carpet staining. Ceiling A/C cover is missing. Multiple window blinds are damaged. Smell of mildew inside. Missing a couple cabinet drawers and others won't close properly.
Mechanical: Runs and drives. Generator only clicks when attempting to start. Batteries need replacing. Emergency brake light stays on although the brake is off.
