Exterior (Updated): Passenger side front has a crack in fiberglass and has been patched. Ladder is broke. No rear bumper. Front stairs are missing a step. The liner near the front is peeling, taillight covers are broken, and the side porch light is cracked. Sun faded with scuffs and dings in various locations.
Interior (Updated): Carpet is torn on the stairs. Floor by sink feels spongy. Stains in the carpets. Damage/scratches to wood trims and cabinetry. Scuffs on the ramp ceiling. TV stand is broken. See pictures for condition.
Mechanical: No keys. Battery needs to be charged.
