Exterior: Hole in the roof and the caulking is weathered. The left rear slideout skirting and trim around the entry door are damaged. Graphics fading, delamination forming on slideouts, and dents/scuffs in areas.
Interior: Bedroom flooring is soft. Tim around the living area slideout is damaged. Scratches in wood trims/cabinetry from use.
Mechanical: The front left slideout does not operate. Battery needs to be replaced.
