Exterior: The roof is soft, trim is worn/caulked, screw holes in the siding from a previous awning, the main awning does not operate, and the left taillight cover is missing. Scuffs and dings in various locations as shown.
Interior: All furniture has been removed. Damaged flooring, ceiling is sagging over the entertainment center, and the walls around all slideouts are showing signs of water damage. See pictures for details.
Mechanical: Battery needs to be replaced. |
