Exterior: Fiberglass damage on the front corners, the front compartment doors do not close flush/latch and trim molding is damaged on the front right corner. The left fender is damaged and the front left compartment door is missing. The awning is bent over the toy hauler ramp door, water heater cover is zip-tied closed, and the front left corner is delaminated. Scuffs and dings in areas.
Interior: The entry steps are worn/not secured. Kitchen flooring is soft and appears to be rotted on the right side. Kitchen drawers are damaged and showing signs of water damage. Cabinets, doors, and walls are worn/scuffed in various locations. Stains on the ceiling, refrigerator door, and kitchen sink. Cargo bay seating is damaged. Tv's are not mounted. Mechanical: The right bedroom slideout does not operate. No keys. Battery needs to be replaced.
