Exterior: Faded and weathered. Left rear slide-out side walls are delaminated and the floor is rotting towards the front. Front left bedroom slide-out floor shows signs of water damage underneath. Right slide-out skirting is loose. Slide-out seals are weathered and curled. The floor framing appears to have been cut for added plumbing inside the lower storage compartments.
Interior: The rear wall and flooring are water damaged. Small soft spot in right slide-out. Areas of wrinkled wallpaper in cabinets (unrelated to water damage). Various soft spots in flooring throughout. Kitchen sink is not mounted properly. See photos for details.
