Tire Condition: Cracked / 25% tread.

Exterior: Missing trim under the front slideout. Scratches and dings in areas.

Interior: Flood damage. Woodwork is damaged and carpets are stained. Mold in areas. One door is broken and one missing. Foul odor.

Mechanical: The front left slideout motor has been removed (it operates by hand but is very difficult). No keys. Battery needs to be replaced. Missing propane tanks.
